JSC TAEKWONDO will have sparring training during the March break. This training is intended for students who are serious about Taekwondo and are willing to train exclusively in taekwondo sparring.
Optional Days Monday, March 10th, 2014~ Friday, March 14th, 2014
Sparring training will include:
From basic to advanced sparring skills and techniques– to strengthen your kicking techniques, punching, steps and much more.
The rules of Olympic sparring, and Ontario-specific rules: Knowing the rules and regulations will make you more confident and powerful in mind. The rules including the judges criteria give you points, when you get a warning, when you get a penalty etc.
Teamwork training– to have a strong bond as a group and it will make us stronger especially when we are at tournaments in competition.
Cardio training– to increase your stamina.
