Financial Assistance Available: KidSport & Every Kid Can Play at JSC Taekwondo!
- To help make our programs accessible to everyone, we are proud to announce that JSC Taekwondo is an approved and registered sport organization with KidSport Alberta and the Government's Every Kid Can Play program.
If you live in Calgary and meet the eligibility criteria, you can receive financial assistance to cover your child's Taekwondo tuition.
If you require a registration confirmation or a fee invoice from our studio to complete your application, please let us know. We are more than happy to assist you with the paperwork!

Funding Benefits & Eligibility
- Support Amount: Up to $500 per child, per calendar year for Calgary residents.
- Coverage: This funding goes directly toward your child’s registration and monthly tuition fees at JSC Taekwondo.
- Who Qualifies: Families residing in Calgary who are facing financial barriers (standard income thresholds apply).
How to Apply & Get Started
- Pre-Register with JSC Taekwondo
- Contact us to select the right class for your child. Please let our front desk know that you plan to apply for KidSport funding during registration.
**Submit Your Online Application (Parents/Guardians)
- Visit the KidSport Calgary official website to fill out the online application.
- When asked to select a "Sport Organization," simply search and select JSC Taekwondo.
Approval & Direct Tuition Credit
- Once KidSport reviews and approves your application (usually takes 2–4 weeks), the funds will be disbursed directly to JSC Taekwondo.
- We will immediately apply this credit to your account and update your balance.
